Activate Learning has been successful in securing funding to support the short, medium- and long-term unemployed across Oxfordshire. The projects are jointly funded by the European Social Fund and the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).
About the courses
Employability skills courses are available to the unemployed to up-skill them and provide new areas of development. A participant who joins the programme will:
- Receive an individual learning plan outlining their expected journey on the programme and identifying their skills gaps
- Study on vocational courses to achieve real qualifications that will enhance their CV
- Be aided and coached to find paid employment
- Progress into either the workplace or a higher level of training
Activate Learning are leading the project and working with three partners within Oxfordshire. Participants will be able to access courses at any of these organisations:
