At Activate Learning we believe that coaching and mentoring are integral to implementing the Learning Philosophy and realising the employee journey.  Our facilitated development sessions are designed to provide all staff with the opportunity to develop their coaching and mentoring skills and capture their own resourcefulness. 

We have a pool of trained coaches available internally who are able to offer coaching as a bespoke development opportunity for all staff.

At Activate Learning, leaders and managers are key to achieving our vision and strategy. We ensure that all leaders have the necessary qualities, emotional intelligence and skills to lead staff through change, clearly articulate the vision, provide clarity and engage staff in the journey.

Our leadership and management development programmes and pathways support existing and aspiring managers/leaders to develop the capabilities and behaviours for current and future leadership roles within our Learning Philosophy led culture of leadership. 

Our on-demand eLearning hub offers more than 130 modules for you to access and complete at your own pace. The hub is designed to offer flexible, innovative learning on the go, that is continually updated and refreshed with new content.
