Ofsted Inspection

This will mean that some of your lessons will be visited by an Ofsted inspector. Inspectors will also want to talk to some of you, either in groups or individually, in learning centres or classrooms.    

Inspectors will mainly want to observe the quality of teaching and learning but will also be interested in other aspects of your learning, such as your induction, any talks you have received on staying safe through adherence to British Values, Safeguarding and Prevent at college, feedback on your work and individual target setting discussed in your tutorials.   

Please remember that attending your lessons, turning up on time and wearing your lanyard, and being ready to learn, are all essential in creating a safe and welcoming environment for all students, as well as giving you the best chance of success.
