Guidance for ID Photo Uploads

As part of your enrolment, we need a photo to use to create your Student ID.

Please provide and upload a photo using the below guidelines:

Acceptable vs Unacceptable

✅ Acceptable	❌ Unacceptable
Facing forward and looking directly at the camera	Looking away or not facing the camera
Clear, plain background	Other objects or people visible in the background
Close-up showing your face, head, and shoulders	Photo taken from too far away or not centred
Eyes open and clearly visible	Wearing sunglasses, tinted glasses, or hair covering the eyes
No glare or reflection on glasses (removing glasses is recommended)	Glasses frames covering the eyes or causing glare
Full head visible, unless covered for religious or medical reasons	Wearing hats or head coverings not related to religious or medical reasons
