We provide a full suite of development activity, including our Manager Hub, accessible tools and resources, manager development pathways and leadership apprenticeships. The focus is practical and grounded: helping managers build strong teams, have better conversations, and lead through coaching rather than command.

Teachers and Aspiring Teacher

Teachers are at the heart of Activate Learning. We value your industry expertise and invest in turning it into outstanding teaching.

From day one, you’ll be supported with structured induction, mentoring and clear progression routes. You’ll build strong classroom practice, gain confidence and teach your subject with real impact.

All colleagues

Development continues throughout your time with us. You will have access to mandatory training, digital skills development, coaching skills, power skills and role-specific upskilling. At Activate Learning we believe that coaching and mentoring are integral to implementing the Learning Philosophy and realising the employee journey.  Our facilitated development sessions are designed to provide all staff with the opportunity to develop their coaching and mentoring skills and capture their own resourcefulness. 

We have a pool of trained coaches available internally who are able to offer coaching as a bespoke development opportunity for all staff.
