Employee Resource Groups
Our employee resource groups are available for you to connect and build communities with other colleagues with shared lived experiences and identities as yourself.
We understand the significance of inclusion, belonging, and the ability to be yourself at work, which is why we have established the following employee resource groups:
- Racial Equity Network (REN) is open to colleagues who self-identify as Black and Minority Ethnic to discuss and co-create awareness-raising campaigns and programmes and build an inclusive working environment.
- LGBTQ+ resource group is a safe space for all gender identities to discuss and co-create awareness-raising campaigns and programmes
- Menopause Café provides an opportunity for staff to discuss and share menopausal symptoms, tips, and worries in a confidential, inspiring environment
- Men's Mental Health discusses the importance of men prioritising their health, and well-being and involves the awareness raising of issues impacting men
Campaigns and Awareness Days
We have a Diversity and Inclusion Calendar to promote upcoming religious festivals and cultural celebrations. This is in addition to our EDI website which provides information about religious holidays and the cultural events that are important to you.
Dual Mentoring Scheme
We are committed to building the next generation of Black, Minority and Ethnic leaders within the organisation. The Dual Mentoring Scheme allows Black and Minority Ethnic colleagues to get valuable opportunities to receive mentoring from senior leaders throughout the organisation whilst senior leaders better understand and discuss the challenges that our black and minority ethnic colleagues face on a day-to-day basis.
This will help us shape a Leadership team that is better able to represent and model appropriate behaviours and deliver informed leadership.
