Neuodiversity is an umbrella term that is used to describe the variances and diversity of the human brain. Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia are some of the neurodiversity terms you may be familiar with, however there are more including people with neurological and mental health conditions.

Everyone is different and everyone deserves to be treated as an individual. Which is why we choose to take a person-centred approach as an organisation when it comes to supporting staff who are neurodiverse.

Activate Learning staff regularly complete data for our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion' (EDI) dashboard.
