Saturday Clubs
Activate Learning are thrilled to be launching a NEW National Art & Design Saturday Club this year at Bracknell and Wokingham College, starting in November 2026. Delivered on Saturday mornings from 10am to 1pm by the Createch Faculty at Activate Learning, this course creates an inspiring new creative opportunity for young people in our community.
This FREE course is aimed at 13–16 year olds who have a passion for art, design and creativity and who are curious to explore these subjects further. Delivered by an expert tutor, the club offers learners the chance to develop creative skills, experiment with a range of materials and techniques and gain insight into creative industries and future pathways.
Hosted in our bespoke facilities, students will benefit from access to specialist creative spaces, professional equipment and expert guidance from an experienced tutor. Sessions are hands on, engaging and designed to inspire confidence, creativity and collaboration.

Moving the World: Basics of Transport Management
Nearly every industry depends on logistics to operate. From the phone in your hand to the food in your fridge – it all gets there through logistics!
Do you have students interested in various career pathways within the supply chain management and logistics sector, including roles in warehousing, transport coordination, and customer service?

I am a fully qualified careers advisor with over 11 years’ experience in the education sector, I am looking forward to having the opportunity to work with you all and provide you with any support you may need. I am passionate about supporting our young people in realising their full potential and in helping them to achieve their future career goals.
Outside of work I am a consummate learner who loves to expand her knowledge having recently undertaken a history degree as well as a certificate in Forensics I am already looking for the next thing! I love travel and all things history so an old ruin ( not my pseudonym) is my idea of heaven!
I hold a degree in Education and Psychology, and I care deeply about early intervention, inclusion, and making sure support and education pathways are tailored to young people and their needs. I am passionate about helping young people feel understood, valued, and supported so they can grow in confidence and achieve their potential.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, reading, and unwinding with music and podcasts.
With over 16 years of experience in Further Education, I am passionate about supporting students to discover their post-16 options, whatever they may be.
Beyond work, I enjoy playing stoolball and exploring the countryside on long walks with friends.
I am one of the School Partnership Executives for Surrey. I have a background in Marketing (BSc), Architecture and the Employability sector. I enjoy working with people and helping them reach the goals they strive for.
