What is a student confirmation letter?

A student confirmation is a letter that confirms an individual’s education history at Activate Learning. It provides details on the name of the course, whether the course is full time or part time.

What can it be used for?

The student confirmation letter can be used as a form of proof that you currently or have previously studied with one of our Activate Learning colleges. Your local council employer or university may request one for a variety of reasons as proof of study. We can provide a Student Confirmation Letter in the format of a letter or email.

How long does it take to receive one?

Please note we are experiencing a very high volume of requests and the waiting time is currently 4-6 weeks. We apologise for the delay and thank you for your understanding.

Important:

Due to Data Protection Laws, we are unable to keep records for longer than seven years. We will therefore not be able to provide learners who studied more than seven years ago with a student confirmation letter.
