We hope that you’re well and have been making the most of your time in lockdown.
Last week, we told you about our plans to start reopening our colleges, and those of you who are being invited to come back in for face-to-face learning should have already been spoken to.
Today we wanted to get in touch with you to let you know that from next week, all continuing students are invited to book slots to come into our Learning Environments at college.
You can book these limited sessions from 15 June to 10 July during the morning (9am - 12pm) or afternoon (1pm - 4pm) Monday to Friday.
The Learning Environments are to be used for quiet individual work on PCs and you must follow the rules detailed in the Student handbook while at college.
Who can book these sessions?
The Learning Environments are only open to continuing students and those who finished their course at half term but are classified as vulnerable. Students will only be granted access if they have pre-booked.
Please remember to remain alert and apply common sense whilst on campus. You should only arrive at college if you have been specifically invited and for your timetabled lessons and should leave the campus as soon as these are over.
You may book sessions for each college and see all dates and times available here:
You must book your chosen session before 3pm for the following day.
If you are studying at Farnham College or Merrist Wood College and you wish to book a session, you are invited to book a session at Guildford College’s Learning Environment, as Farnham College is closed and the Learning Environment at Merrist Wood College will not be reopening at the moment.
