College Clearing 2024
Time is running out, but you could still get on a course.
Important Clearing Update
From 9th September, we will no longer offer bookable clearing appointments. Instead, visit us for a walk-in session from 5 to 6 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Tuesday and Thursday only at Oxford Technology Campus. No booking is needed—just come to campus to explore your options.
Courses are filling up fast!
Many courses are already full, and spaces are filling up quickly. You will find PDFs of courses (highlighted courses are for adults only) still available by college, at the bottom of this page. If a course is not on the list, it is likely full. We recommend visiting your local college as soon as possible to secure your place.
We can offer you a place on a study programme on the day, so please ensure you bring these things to avoid disappointment:
- Evidence of your qualifications/grades
- A form of ID, which can include: Passport, Birth Certificate, another form of ID card or national identification
- Visa, Passport or Immigration documents if you are not a UK passport holder
The whole process could take over 1 hour, so please ensure you allow enough time.
Please note:
- Places on our courses are being filled every day, so please be aware that attending a clearing appointment doesn't guarantee you a place on your chosen course.
- Subject availability varies by level of study.
At your session, you could also apply for financial support if you are eligible. Also, if you are 19 or over, you may be able to claim back your fees. To apply and be assessed, please bring evidence of state benefits or payslips or P60 dated within the last three months.
We look forward to seeing you very soon!
Please note this process does not include students who want to study on one of our university-level (HE) courses as our normal applications remain open. Call 0800 612 6008 and select HE clearing.
