Applicants for this Level 2 programme will normally have a Brickwork Level 1 Diploma.
You also need to be ready to study for an additional qualification in English and/or maths. All students have their literacy and numeracy needs supported within the programme.
You will be invited to attend an interview and complete an internal assessment when you apply. You will also be given a tour of the workshop. After the interview you will be informed of the outcome.
Safety boots or shoes must be worn in the workshop, along with suitable clothes. These items are not provided by the college. However, we do provide tools.
This course prepares you for employment and provides further craft training in the construction industry. Get ready for employment as a work-based learner apprentice in brickwork or complete further study at Level 3.
