Qualifications

We offer qualifications in hospitality and catering from Entry level (equivalent to Key stage 3) to level 3 (equivalent to A-levels.)

Facilities

Train with us and you will learn in our industry standard kitchens and restaurants, serving paying customers and getting full experience of the breadth of roles within catering.

Students learn to work in a team through our brigade system, combining students from different levels.
