Discover STEM Careers at our open event in Aylesbury

21 November 2017

Young people interested in careers in engineering and technology are being invited to find out more at an open event in Aylesbury on Wednesday 29 November.

The event, hosted by ATG Training, part of Activate Learning, at the Future Centre in Smeaton Close, will help young learners find out how to take their first steps into a career in engineering, manufacturing, cycle maintenance and many more through apprenticeships or full-time study.

Jon Adams, Chief Executive Officer of ATG Training, said

“We will be showcasing our different areas of engineering with demonstrations of the machinery and robotics used by our current students.

“We offer apprenticeships and full-time study programmes from our modern training centre in Aylesbury – filled with state-of-the-art electronics equipment and excellent machining facilities.

“The learning opportunities provide you with an experience that is second to none, giving you the skills to progress along the route you want to take.

“Come along and find out how to launch your career in mechanical engineering, cycle maintenance, electrical engineering, and more.”

The event is open to all and runs from 4.30-7pm on Wednesday 29 November at ATG Training, Future Centre, Smeaton Close, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP19 8SZ
