We are looking for dedicated and hard-working Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to join our teams across Berkshire, Surrey and Oxfordshire.

We believe that everyone should have a chance to achieve their goals, so we offer a range of programmes for learners who need additional support.

The key purpose of the LSA role is supporting the inclusion, success, and progression of learners in all sectors who require additional support, including those with mild or profound learning difficulties, disabilities and study skills needs.

There will be a focus on ensuring that there are high standards for learning support and enable the students to achieve them consistently.
