What I'll learn

As well as getting a taster of what it’s like to work in a professional environment, you will pick up accounting terms and get support with literacy and numeracy.

Modules include:

  • Creating business documents
  • Accounting in a professional environment
  • Essential accounting procedures
  • Mathematics for accountants

 

How I'll be assessed

Assessment is by portfolio of evidence and online testing.

 

Entry Requirements

You will need two and a half hours per week to attend class and equal personal time to revise. Please bring a pen, paper and a folder to store your notes and hand outs.

You will need to register personally with AAT to become a member. The teaching team can help with this during course enrolment. The cost payable directly to AAT is £40.
