This three-hour workshop teaches you breathing and speaking techniques. It also gives you an insight into how to deal with your fears and worries.

From I to Identity; from Identity to Infinity.

Yoga is not an exercise: it is a way of being. Our voice tells who we are and who we think we are; what we fear; what we wish; what we must do be ourselves. This 3 hours workshop will take you deeper into the self. You cannot shed what you don't know you have. 

What I'll learn

You will learn breathing and vocal technique for the speaking voice. You will learn to identify the messages you tell yourself and the world about who you are. You will gain insight into how to deal with your fears and worries about your place in the world. 


How I'll learn

Through mindfulness and the exploratory vocal exercises, you will gain insight into how to deal with your fears and worries and set a firmer foot in the world. Hopefully you will leave with an increased sense of freedom to be yourself and not what society or your perceived limitations dictate. 


How I'll be assessed

There is no formal assessment for this course, just the freedom to relax and enjoy yourself.
