What I'll learn

The units of this course include:
• producing hot and cold desserts and puddings
• producing biscuit, cake and sponge products
• producing fermented dough products

Upon successful completion of this course you will receive an NVQ L2 in General Patisserie and Confectionary.

 

Entry Requirements

You just need an apron, all equipment and food will be provided.
