What I'll learn

  • Health and Safety related to fabrication and welding
  • Instruction and practice for Oxy-Acetylene welding
  • Instruction and practice for M.I.G. welding
  • Forming techniques for thin plate fabrication
  • Work on individual student projects if required.

 

How I'll learn

You will learn through a combination of the following teaching methods:

  • Formal instruction
  • Practical demonstration
  • Practical experience.

 

Entry Requirements

No previous experience of welding/sheet metal working required.
