If you have studied French on a course either with us (Lower Intermediate, or Intermediate) or elsewhere then this course will enable you to recap and extend your knowledge of French, through a variety of engaging activities.

If you have studied French on a course either with us (Lower Intermediate, or Intermediate) or elsewhere then this course will enable you to recap and extend your knowledge of French, through a variety of engaging activities. This is a mixed-ability class. The tutor will use a range of resources (videos, games, role-plays and handouts) to supplement the course book.
 

What I'll learn

The topics are likely to include: 

  • Tourism in the islands, skiing 
  • Health
  • Literature, art and history
  • These may vary depending on the learners’ ability on the course.
  • This course does not lead to a formal qualification, but we are happy to discuss ways to take a formal qualification.

Audio Visual. Discussion. Formal Instruction. Practical Demonstration. Practical Experience.
 

 

Entry Requirements

4-6 years previous study of the language in an adult environment or similar and knowledge of the future, present, perfect and imperfect tenses. This course may also be suitable for you if you have an O’ Level/GCSE and have maintained your skills by visiting French speaking countries
