You will be required to demonstrate that you can study at a minimum of Level 3 (A-level equivalent). You will also be required to be within an active career or work role in the HR/Personnel/Administration business sector or show a keen interest in entering this profession.
It is an essential requirement for this course that you are a paid member of the CIPD. Please log on to the CIPD website https://www.cipd.co.uk for details on how to do this and details of membership fees. Without professional membership you will not be able to participate in this course or obtain your qualification.
You must bring your CIPD ID card on the first day of your studies so that your tutors can make a record of your numbers for registration

On completion of the course you will have achieved the knowledge element required of Associate membership of CIPD. The next step if you wish to do so is the intermediate (Level 5) or advanced (Level 7) qualifications
