What I'll learn
Every term, you will learn a new piece of choreography to a variety of music ranging from 80's classics - 90's RnB, even some Musical Theatre.
You will gain all the fantastic health benefits of dance including: improved flexibility, co-ordination, self-confidence, better posture and the peace of mind found through expressing yourself physically.
How I'll learn
Please wear comfortable clothes such as leggings/loose trousers and trainers. Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water!
Dance Class for ladies runs for 10 weeks on Thursday evenings from 7pm–8pm.
Please note this course will not run during school holidays.
