You may have regretted giving up as a child, or are just looking to improve your posture, muscle flexibility and all-round health with one of the most disciplined forms of exercise.

Regular dancing is great for losing weight, maintaining strong bones, improving posture and muscle strength, increasing balance and co-ordination, and beating stress.

Classes will be relaxed and informative providing a sound knowledge of basic technique.

What I'll learn

The class includes barre work and centre practice which you can take at your own pace and level.  Classical ballet exercises are designed to strengthen the feet, legs, arm and core.

How I'll learn

The exercises are designed to improve posture, strength and build your confidence. Ballet helps builds your fitness and concentration while you can enjoy the relaxing music and the company of new friends.
