Activate Learning is based at City of Oxford College.
Hatha Yoga is a practice of postures and sequences, breathing techniques, concentration, and relaxation. It allows you to develop strength and flexibility, self-awareness, and balance of body and mind. Each session comprises supine composition, warm-up, seated, kneeling, and prone posture work, and standing postures and sequences. Breathing practices and relaxation conclude the session.

The actual techniques presented session by session will depend upon developing needs and abilities. However each session will include:
Demonstration, guiding instructions, participation, gentle corrections.
Chad has developed his employability skills through a work experience placement at a community centre, preparing and cooking food. He has been offered paid employment.
This Yoga course is suitable for all ages, abilities, and levels of experience, including beginners. Students are strongly encouraged to work to their individual abilities.
