Join us on a Saturday to study drawing nudes.

Through structured teaching, you'll explore a range of materials and approaches to this fascinating genre, learning about human anatomy, proportion, tone, line, scale and mark making. This course is for all levels of ability

The studio is conveniently situated in Banbury, within a short 10-minutes walk from the centre.

There is also free parking right in front of the new Arts Faculty Building and our new Arts building is fully accessible to everyone.

What I'll learn

This workshop is designed to help you build and expand a solid foundation of life drawing skills, with the end goal being expressive drawings in your own style.

We’ll go through a straightforward and doable drawing process and a set of exercises designed to help you develop the skills and enjoy throughout this single, five-hour session.

How I'll learn

The workshop is geared to helping you to your next level of competence – and enjoyment – as quickly as possible. Each person is tutored individually. The groups are friendly, and relaxed. Join us to work from the model in a high quality studio environment in a friendly atmosphere!

Entry Requirements

You are advised to bring an apron or wear old clothes and bring a packed lunch.

We have drawing tools and all the equipment you will need in our new Arts building studio.

We provide the easels, charcoal, rubbers, boards, and paper so you don’t need to bring anything unless you wish to.
