Discover how to create stunning glass vessels using the famous ‘drop out’ technique!

Using Drop Out Moulds, you will create a vessel by allowing the flat glass blank to drop through a mould ring during firing. The tricky bit is catching the 'drop' at the right moment in the kiln!

You will gain a thorough understanding of the principles of the ‘drop out’ technique and produce two beautiful glass bowls of your own design and creation.

No previous knowledge or experience required. Glass will be provided.

After this course, to expand your creative glass skills you can enrol or one of our other glass courses on offer. Search our courses online or get in touch!

Please note: Due to the kiln time required to produce, it is not always possible to take work home on the day it is made. Work can be collected at a separate time by arrangement.
