These courses are for those who need to improve on some of their GCSE grades.

These courses are for those who need to improve on some of their GCSE grades. After a discussion with a tutor, you will be given a personal programme to suit your needs.

What I'll learn

We offer GCSEs in Business, Biology, Chemistry, English, Mathematics, Physics, Psychology, Sociology, Art and Retail.

It may include one AS Level to further your progress towards other courses or a career depending on your GCSE grades.

 

How I'll learn

We will help you to develop your abilities in these areas:

  • Vocational competence and knowledge
  • Motivation
  • English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Numeracy

How I'll be assessed

You will be assessed via a combination of coursework and/or examinations depending on your chosen subjects. 

 

Entry Requirements

You will need 4 GCSEs at grade D or 3-1, or equivalent (including English and maths) and a positive school reference.

If you do not have a grade C or 4 in GCSE English and maths, you will be required to be working towards achieving this alongside your course.
