You will be studying an intensive one year programme that consists of the following GCSEs
You will study using a range of techniques including group work, independent study, research, practical activities and homework.
We expect our students to be fully committed to their studies and attend all timetabled lessons, talks, tutorials and workshops. In addition, students can expect to attend trips and visits according to the needs of the individual subjects. You will also have a weekly tutorial. There are many enrichment opportunities.
Assessment is both internal - within the college - and by external exam.
College has taught me a lot, not just from the academic side, but a lot of personal growth as well. It’s taught me how to deal with different situations and how to be more aware of my surroundings."
All learners will be invited for an initial assessment and offers will be made on the basis of initial assessment results.
If you haven't taken your GCSEs, we can still use the initial assessment as an indicator of your suitability for the course.
