Máire Brankin

Máire Brankin is Managing Director of Oxford Executive, which she established in 1988. Aimed at making a difference to people and organisations, Máire and her team of Executive Coaches have worked with a variety of senior teams in the medical, financial, academic and local government sectors to support the improvement of organisational performance.

Named in a study by Ashridge Business School as one of the top three coaches in the country, Máire is renowned for her ability to achieve profound results. Her most notable project has been the development and facilitation of a coaching programme for the NHS Women’s Unit.

A Social Anthropologist with over twenty years experience coaching senior executives, Máire is also a recognised authority in the fields of Organisational Cultural Change and Equal Opportunities.

Prior to joining the Corporation, Máire was a School Governor for East Oxford First School, a Trustee of Immigrant Counselling and Psycotherapy (ICAP) and a member of Court at Oxford Brookes University. She is a members of WIN - the Women's Irish Network – which raises funds for small charities specialising in children and young people.
