City of Oxford College has two campuses: one in the city centre and one in Blackbird Leys. Each campus has industry-standard facilities, experienced teachers and digitally-equipped learning zones.

Our Catering and Furniture departments were rated outstanding by Ofsted in 2014.
Our campus in Blackbird Leys is a specialist campus for construction and related industries, including brickwork, carpentry, joinery, electrical, painting and decoration, plumbing and motor vehicle. Our great workshops were chosen to host the regional training and qualifying heats of the prestigious Skill Build 2014 competition.
Reading College has a diverse community of students from all over the world. Facilities include our commercial training restaurant The Kitchen, dedicated art space, computing facilities. Creative arts students have access to workshops for a wide range of creative specialisms including: fashion, jewellery, ceramics, a large photography studio and equipment store, wood, metal and printmaking, as well as Mac suites for graphic design work.
Computing has industry standard facilities including a CISCO lab and new Raspberry Pi mini computers.
Students at our campuses in Banbury will benefit from the spectacular new creative media centre, offering photographic studios and development facilities, fully-equipped television and radio studios, Mac suites for graphic design and image manipulation and a cinema room. The centre provides an inspiring learning environment where you can create the projects that will prepare you for a career in digital and creative media.
Our new motor vehicle centre provides students with access to the latest engine diagnostic facilities and vehicle lifts in a bright, modern environment. A partnership with Hyundai means that students work on new registration vehicles.
Our campus in Bicester is the place to be to learn about motorsport engineering – students from the college have gone on to work in every Formula 1 team in the country. Many of our teaching staff have come from the motorsport industry and maintain excellent links which supports student progression into apprenticeships and employment. Fabricate your own car body parts in our autoclave and workshops, develop your technical drawing skills, get hands-on with TIG and MIG welding and understand the maths and science that goes into high-performance racing. During the course you will get the chance to build and race your own gravity racer – a real highlight for many of our students.
