Life at college
We give our students at Banbury and Bicester College, City of Oxford and Reading College everything they need to learn, including amazing facilities with a realistic working environment and a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
And here’s what our students said about it!
Justin studied Sports. Justin said:
'I find the facilities ideal as I prefer a smaller, more intimate group of people which I think adds to the teaching as the lecturers know us all individually. This allows them to look after our individual needs in regards to the course as well as a collective.'
Simon studied Furniture. Simon said:
‘After eight years as a Site Carpenter I decided to change my career path to furniture design/make. This course is helping me understand the processes and knowledge needed to be able to confidently design and make my own furniture. The department boasts a highly experienced team of teaching staff with a mixture of backgrounds in the industry enabling us to receive different opinions on design and make aspects of the projects.'
Verah studied Business
'Studying at City of Oxford College has given me more experience and knowledge to help turn my dreams into a reality. I would say to anyone thinking about studying for a qualification to go for it, as long as they can make it fit with their commitments. It is a great opportunity to build yourself and invest in your future.'
