BA (HONS) IN BUSINESS AND ENTERPRISE (TOP UP)
This new programme has been developed in partnership with the Faculty of Business at Oxford Brookes University and key stakeholders.
If you have previously completed two years of study (Foundation Degree in Business and Enterprise or an HND in Business**), with this programme you can ‘top up’ your existing qualification to a BA (Hons) in Business and Enterprise.
Enhance your existing business knowledge and skills in:
Entrepreneurial business management
Managing quality and risk
Creativity and innovation
The programme has been designed to allow you to take a critical/reflective approach to analysing business activities and decisions. It will equip you to be an entrepreneur, whether in an existing organisation or developing your own business. The modules will be delivered through a combination of varying techniques including group work, critical investigations and real life simulations. You will need to complete a dissertation as part of this programme.
The flexible timetable (full-time or part-time) means that you can choose to remain in employment while you study.
Entry on to the ‘Top up’ programme is subject to completion of Level 4 and 5 with a minimum Level 5 average of 55% (or equivalent Merit for HND entry), without any referred or failed modules.
Upon successful completion of the Top up programme, you will be awarded a BA (Hons) in Business and Enterprise from Oxford Brookes University. This could open up routes into postgraduate study, graduate jobs or the opportunity to start or grow your own businesses.
